Erika joined the Divorce and Family Law Group of Charny, Charny & Karpousis, P.C. in the fall of 2008 after a one-year law clerkship for the Honorable Eugene J. McCaffrey, Jr., J.S.C. in Gloucester County. In 2012, Erika was named as a Super Lawyers "Rising Star". Erika is currently a member of the Camden County and Gloucester County Bar Associations, and is an Associate in the Thomas S. Forkin Inns of Court. Her practice focuses on all areas of divorce and family law, such as matters involving custody and child support, alimony, equitable distribution, college tuition funding and domestic violence.
An avid athlete and sports fan, Erika received a full athletic scholarship to University of Pittsburgh where she was a member of the university's gymnastics team for four years. She was team captain from 2002-2004 and varsity letter winner in 2001-2004. Erika made the Dean's List in 2003 and was a Scholar- Athlete 2002-2004. While at law school, she was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association.
Erika currently resides in Berlin, New Jersey and maintains a strong commitment to the community. Her volunteer activities include Strides for Strokes and Foundation for Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
