Ms. Gold has more than 35 years experience in the general practice of law, including insurance defense litigation, real estate transactions, wills and estates, business formation and other general litigation. For many years, her focus has been on Family Law. Ms. Gold's expertise is in handling complex financial and high conflict matrimonial matters, including those involving business interests, professional corporations, commercial real estate, extensive pre-marital assets, highincome situations and contested custody matters. In addition to representation at the trial level, she has also served as counsel for matters on appeal to the Appellate Division. Although highly experienced in litigation, Ms. Gold believes mediation may be a better option in some matrimonial disputes and has been retained to act as mediator or arbitrator by colleagues and litigants themselves.

She is a Master, founding member, and currently serves as Treasurer of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inns of Court. The organization, which is based on the British model and comprised of Family Part judges and practicing attorneys, is dedicated to teaching matrimonial law and practice to younger members of the Bar and fostering congeniality between the Bench and Bar. From the program's inception, Ms. Gold has participated as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties, and now serves as a mediator or arbitrator for the newer Court mandated programs.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Gold has served on the District IV Ethics Committee and District IV Fee Arbitration Committee of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, being appointed Chair of both Committees during her tenure. Ms. Gold is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association and has served on the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee. She has also been named to SJ Magazine's "Top Attorneys" list for her expertise in Family Law Mediation.
Ms. Gold resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with her husband. Avid sailors, they enjoy cruising around the Chesapeake Bay and have taken their boat, "Vision Quest", as far south as the Bahamas during a recent sabbatical.
