Charny Karpousis Altieri & Donoian, P.A. partner Nicole Donoian-Pody has been appointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) District IV Fee Arbitration Panel – Camden and Gloucester Counties for a four-year term (2019-2023). The committee, which is entirely volunteer-based, is governed by the Office of Attorney Ethics and aims to maintain the highest level of legal professionalism. This includes reinforcing applicable Rules of Professional Conduct and Court Rules, preparing proper responses to Fee Arbitration complaints and providing effective hearing participation as to legal fee disputes.As a seasoned member of the District IV Fee Arbitration Panel,this will be the third term for Ms. Donoian-Pody. She previously served and has been and continues to be Chairperson of her committee.
Nicole Donoian-Pody has 19 years of experience in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including alimony, child support, child custody, parenting time, grandparent’s rights, division of assets and prenuptial agreements. A particular focus of her practice includes complex divorce matters involving unique issues, substantial marital estates and business valuations. As a family law mediator, Ms. Donoian-Pody enjoys serving couples who want to take advantage of alternative dispute resolution and avoid financial and emotional toll of litigation. Ms. Donoian-Pody serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties. She is a member of the Family Law Committees of both the Burlington and Camden County Bar Associations and is a Master with the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court, where she is the secretary on the Executive Committee and a former chair of its Membership Committee.
