Divorce Mediation in New Jersey
In cases of divorce, mediation enables couples a way to resolve some of the most sensitive issues such as child custody, parenting time, support and equitable distribution of property outside of a courtroom. After an experienced analysis, evaluation and review of each party’s position, our South Jersey divorce mediators help the parties reach fair and equitable settlements in a confidential and neutral manner.
We encourage divorce mediation. Our attorneys are equipped to serve as a mediator in your case to assist you and your spouse in reaching a resolution or represent you when you and your spouse have chosen a mediator to help you resolve your case.
Arbitration
There are times when a settlement cannot – even after best efforts – be reached and private arbitration is an expeditious way to resolve matters such as the financial and/or child related issues of divorce, with no opportunities for appeal or reversal. After a comprehensive and confidential review of the various issues, the appropriate laws are applied and an award is outlined to create the most equitable resolution. With the conclusive nature of arbitration, our divorce attorney arbitrators have the necessary experience and expertise to judge the parties’ claims with great care and to thoroughly evaluate the presentations of both parties.
Blue Ribbon Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelists
A program run through the Court system, Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels (MESP) attempt to settle all financial issues involved in the dissolution of a marriage prior to a trial. MESPs bring together the “best and brightest” family law attorneys to hear complicated and/or divorce cases. As experienced Blue Ribbon MESP panelists, our attorneys use their legal knowledge, skill and practical experience to make recommendations based upon the facts presented by both parties’ attorneys.
